Cindy Bowen is a Board Certified Permanent Cosmetic Specialist, Licensed and Insured in the state of New Jersey, as well as a member of the American Academy of Micro Pigmentation (AAM), and Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP). Cindy studied in Philadelphia and New Jersey. She has successfully completed all Permanent Cosmetics Advanced Training, by the Renowned Beau Institute of Permanent & Corrective Cosmetics.
